Pasta Making & Wine: Galentines Special

  • House of Hobby Workshops 28 Drummond Place West Perth, WA, 6005 Australia (map)

Grab your girls and celebrate Galentine’s Day the best way we know how — with pasta, wine, and a whole lot of laughter.

Get flour on your hands and settle in for a relaxed, joy-filled evening of pasta making, where the focus is on connection, creativity, and doing something delicious together. Guided by local chef Simone Agostino, you’ll learn the basics of handmade pasta and create your own batch to take home.

No experience needed, this workshop is all about having fun, trying something new, and enjoying the magic of making side-by-side. Whether your pasta turns out perfectly polished or delightfully wonky, it’ll be handmade, full of love, and absolutely delicious.

Pour a glass, roll some dough, and make memories with your favourite people.

What’s included:

  • All tools, ingredients, and equipment to make your pasta

  • Step-by-step guidance from chef Simone Agostino

  • Take-home recipe cards and cooking instructions

  • A relaxed, social space to create and connect

Meet your host:

Hello, I’m Simone Agostino — and I believe food is one of the simplest ways to connect — with family, friends, and yourself.

Food has always been my way back to connection: to tradition, to memory, and to joy. My Italian heritage shapes how I cook and share food — with flavour, feeling, and a deep respect for simple, honest ingredients.

I run hands-on pasta workshops and intimate dining experiences where we make, cook, and share fresh dishes together. Each workshop centers on a seasonal dish, from fresh gnocchi to heirloom tomato cavatelli, and ends with a meal we’ve created by hand. Whether you’re learning pasta for the first time, hosting a gathering, or exploring one of my self-published cookbooks — The Table of Us and TOO — it’s about more than food. It’s about presence, connection, and the joy of creating something real.
