Meet your host:

Hello, I’m Simone Agostino — and I believe food is one of the simplest ways to connect — with family, friends, and yourself.

Food has always been my way back to connection: to tradition, to memory, and to joy. My Italian heritage shapes how I cook and share food — with flavour, feeling, and a deep respect for simple, honest ingredients.

I run hands-on pasta workshops and intimate dining experiences where we make, cook, and share fresh dishes together. Each workshop centers on a seasonal dish, from fresh gnocchi to heirloom tomato cavatelli, and ends with a meal we’ve created by hand. Whether you’re learning pasta for the first time, hosting a gathering, or exploring one of my self-published cookbooks — The Table of Us and TOO — it’s about more than food. It’s about presence, connection, and the joy of creating something real.
