This school holidays, we’re opening our doors for something extra special — creative workshops designed for parents and kids to enjoy together. All materials are provided, so you can simply turn up, relax, and get creative with your little one.
Roll up your sleeves and enjoy the simple, mindful joy of making with clay, side by side.
This workshop is designed for parents and kids to explore clay hand building techniques together. With plenty of guidance from our friendly pottery host, you’ll learn how to pinch, roll, and shape clay into unique creations, from small bowls and mugs to little trinket dishes or ornaments.
No experience is needed , just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy! Whether your pieces turn out smooth, wobbly, or wonderfully quirky, they’ll be one-of-a-kind keepsakes filled with love.
What’s included:
All clay, tools, and equipment provided
Step-by-step instruction from our pottery experts
Firing & glazing for one piece each to keep as a lasting treasure
A relaxed, playful space to create, connect, and get muddy together
Juice, Tea & Coffee
Want to paint your clay items? Join us on Friday the 10th of October for Ceramic Painting. Discounted tickets avilable as an add-on at the checkout.
You’ll leave with more than just clay creations, you’ll take home a memory of slowing down, creating, and enjoying the magic of making something with your child.

What to bring:
Clay is wonderfully messy! So be sure to wear some old clothes and covered shoes. We'll provide you with an apron on the night.
Important info about this workshop:
Following the workshop, your pieces will be bisque fired, clear glazed, and glaze fired before being returned for you to collect and treasure within 6-8 weeks.
If you create more than 2 x items, you can pay a kiln & glazing fee of $10 per item to turn other creations into usable ceramic vessels.
The pottery wheel can be challenging, sometimes on the first go, you might not create something you love. We will do our best to help coach you along the way. Ceramics can sometimes be unpredictable. Due to this, there are limitations on the size of your items, sadly pieces break during the firing process and we want to ensure you have a beautiful and functional piece. Trust us, we have had to learn from heartbreak! Don't worry though our expert will cover all of this at the start of your workshop.
